Dan has over 24 years of construction experience in the Philadelphia region and specializes in retail, interior fit-out, and other forms of commercial office construction. Dan’s extensive knowledge and expertise in the commercial sector help him to identify potential budget concerns and schedule delays and offer Rendell’s clients clear solutions proactively and cost-effectively. He owns each aspect of the project from budget to completion and thrives on finding creative ways to expedite schedules to accommodate his client’s needs.
Our Story..
George Rendell started George H. Rendell Associates, Inc. in 1988 with a singular focus: to provide his clients with superior service. For more than thirty-five years, the company has provided the region’s developers and tenants, both big and small, with projects that are consistently completed on time, within budget, and of the highest quality. As a result, the Rendell Team has become the Delaware Valley’s sought-after builder for corporate and medical offices, hospitality, and more.
Upon George Rendell’s retirement in 2018, George H. Rendell Associates, Inc. transitioned to Rendell Associates, LLC. At the helm now are Dan McCall, Eustace Mita, Jody Arena, and Nate Tayoun who, having worked closely with George during the transition, lead it with the same primary focus on client satisfaction and standard of integrity that has been both the hallmark of the company George built.
